Two directors take on inks, coatings, tapes and films

Magnum Manufacturing, which provides consumables for the commercial printing sector, has hired Eric Cathie as technical director for inks and coatings and David Hagen as director of sales for tapes and films.
Cathie has 17 years’ experience in the industry, including expertise in ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diode (LED) curing, specialty ink formulation, packaging applications, flexography and lithography.
Hagen, meanwhile, has nearly 25 years’ experience in industrial tape sales, including senior leadership roles. In his new role, he heads a technical team that will work with customers and prospects to qualify the use of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and vinyl films.
