Roland DGA, which manufactures wide-format digital printing equipment, has announced a series of key personnel changes in several departments, intended to strengthen its management team.

Jeff DiToro joins the company in the newly created position of senior global software manager. He has previous experience in the wide-format printing industry, including work for 3M.

Daryl Chaffins, who has held sales-related positions with HP and MacDermid ColorSpan, has been hired as eastern-region ultraviolet-curing (UV-curing) printer business development manager, with responsibility for sales throughout the eastern U.S. and Canada.

Lily Hunter joins as product manager for textiles and consumables, with responsibility for Roland’s dye sublimation portfolio. She has 14 years’ experience in sales support and product management for Arlon Graphics.

Dana Curtis has been promoted from product manager for inkjet devices and cutters to Roland Care manager, with responsibility for overseeing technical support staff and developing new customer service tools and resources.

Jane Napolitano joins the company as customer service supervisor. She was previously a marketing and customer service manager for Paradigm Imaging Group and Graphtec America.

Former associate creative director Dan Wilson has been promoted to creative director, succeeding Patrick Kersey, who has retired from the full-time role but will assist Roland in a part-time capacity. Wilson will be responsible for developing strategies for advertising, public relations (PR), social media and other efforts.

Mark O’Conner has been promoted from corporate events manager to the newly created position of digital signage business development manager. With this transition into sales, he will play an instrumental role in launching Roland’s new line of digital signage equipment for sign and print shops.

O’Conner will be supported by Greg Collin, who has been promoted from rotary products service technician to digital signage produce manager.
