Montreal-based digital signage software developer BroadSign International’s board of managers has appointed Burr Smith (left) as chair and CEO, with former CEO Brian Dusho (right) assuming the position of vice-chair.
Smith is president of BroadSign’s main shareholder, Jedfam. The executive transition aligns with the company securing a line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank.
