The World Trade Centre Montreal (WTCM), an Ivanhoe Cambridge property, has installed and begun operating four 1.2-m (47-in.) interactive wayfinding kiosks, with more units planned for future implementation.
Montreal-based iGotcha Media designed the kiosks to help customers navigate through the WTCM, which spans an entire city block, comprises several restored historic buildings under a single glass roof and houses a wide variety of boutiques, restaurants, offices and service providers.
“Given the size of our facility and its unique layout, providing directions can be challenging,” says Jacques Rajotte, property manager. “These kiosks are strategically positioned in high-traffic areas and enhance the customer experience by providing information through an intuitive interface. We have already received great feedback from our visitors, merchants and tenants.”
“This showcase will drive awareness and interest and help us accelerate a rollout of additional implementations,” says Greg Adelstein, president of iGotcha.
