Zűnd America, a subsidiary of Swiss modular digital cutting system manufacturer Zűnd Systemtechnik, has hired John Cote as national sales manager and channel manager for both Canada and the U.S.
Cote has nearly 40 years’ experience in the printing industry, including 14 years as a wide-format market sales representative for Fufjifilm’s graphic systems division and another sales rep stint for HP’s Scitex flatbed printers.
In his new role, Cote is responsible for managing Zűnd America’s sales team and distribution channels. He will not only focus on the graphics market, but also exploit new opportunities in industrial segments, including leather, composite and gasket markets.
