Mutoh America, which provides wide-format inkjet printers and cutters to the sign and graphics industry, has promoted Brian Phipps to president, with responsibility for sales and operations across all of North America and Latin America.
Phipps joined Mutoh in 2004 and has served as vice-president (VP) and general manager (GM). In his new role, he will work with the parent company in Japan on new products and to set the future direction of the business.
“I’m honoured to be promoted to president,” he says. “We have been growing our product range and increasing our market share every year and I’m excited to be able to continue building the business.”
