Electronics for Imaging (EFI), which manufactures super-wide-format inkjet presses, formulates inks and develops software, has appointed David Reeder chief financial officer (CFO) and Marc Olin chief operating officer (COO).

Reeder (left) joins EFI from Cisco Systems, where he was head of finance for the enterprise networking group. He also has financial, operational and management experience working with Broadcom and Texas Instruments.

“Following a comprehensive search, I am pleased to welcome David to EFI’s executive team,” says Guy Gecht, CEO. “He was our clear first choice, with his extensive background in both finance and operations.”

Olin (right) was co-founder and CEO PrintCafe, a software company EFI acquired in 2003. Since then, he has helped grow EFI’s share of the commercial printing software market. He was named interim CFO in September 2013.

“His performance as interim CFO convinced us we would benefit from expanding his role,” says Gecht. “We are looking forward to having him take on additional responsibilities, including helping to expand our inkjet business.”
