The winners of the 2017 Digi Awards were recently announced, including two representatives of the Canadian digital signage industry. The annual awards recognize resellers, integrators and service providers.
Montreal-based Telecine Multimedia won the best ambient content award for a holiday event project, which involved synchronizing and projecting images based on its employees’ movements on 14 windows of its offices at night (see video).
Meanwhile, Omnivex, a digital signage software developer based in Concord, Ont., won two awards, including best transportation deployment for John Glenn Columbus International Airport and best retail rollout for Carhartt’s clothing stores.
