Collisions Centre Network (CSN), a nationwide chain of automotive collision repair shops, has selected Charlottetown-based digital signage software developer ScreenScape Networks to support a new in-store media channel.
“Digital signage really complements the shop experience,” says Larry French, CSN’s vice-president (VP) of sales and marketing. “Controlling on-screen content helps us create a consistent, professional environment for our customers to experience when they walk into our repair facilities.”
CSN is using ScreenScape in 32 locations so far, with plans to deploy the software across 100 more this year, eventually reaching all or nearly all of its 320 shops.
“Businesses like CSN, which require co-ordination of marketing support for their independent shop owners, find digital signage useful for a variety of communications needs and really quite accessible as a tool,” says Mark Hemphill, ScreenScape’s CEO.
