Vistar Media, which offers a programmatic platform for digital out-of-home (DOOH) media buyers and sellers, has expanded its operations into Canada with the appointment of Scott Mitchell as national sales director.
Mitchell previously managed sales at Yahoo for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) vertical market, building relationships with Procter & Gamble (P&G), Unilever and Kimberly Clark. He also helped advertising software developer TubeMogul expand into Canada.
Vistar is launching its service in Canada with several partnerships already in place with key DOOH networks, including Zoom Media, Captivate and Rouge Media.
