Snoop Dogg personalizes compound with digitally printed murals

Creative design and printing firm Gamut Media recently completed a series of 17 wide-format murals to decorate and personalize the walls and other features of rapper Snoop Dogg’s private compound near Los Angeles, Calif.

Using Roland DGA print-cut technology, Gamut has visually transformed Snoop’s recording studio with Star Trek and Star Wars graphics, his basketball court with posters of his favourite players and his game room with arcade machine wraps.

“Our first mural was a custom wall design for Snoop’s son,” explains Phillip Yu, creative director at Gamut. “Snoop loved the work. From there, we were offered the chance to design murals for other rooms and hallways. We really had fun with the variety and scope of the project.”
