Wide-format colour management tool developers X-Rite and Pantone have appointed Ondrej Kruk president. He will lead the continued expansion of their product portfolio beyond colour to material appearance.
Kruk was most recently general manager (GM) of Alltec, which develops laser marking and engraving technologies. He also held numerous management roles with Videojet, fostering the growth of its product decoration and secondary packaging coding, marking and variable data printing (VDP) businesses.
“Ondrej is a proven leader with experience growing technology companies and working with a global customer base,” says Joakim Weidermanis, executive vice-president (EVP) of Danaher, the parent company for X-Rite and Pantone. “I am delighted to see him in a new role in the business of colour technology and appearance.”
