The schedule for Avery Dennison’s 2019 Business Boot Camp for wrap professionals is now available.

Avery Dennison has announced its 2019 ‘Business Boot Camp’ schedule for wrap professionals, which includes a special session in April at the International Sign Association’s (ISA’s) International Sign Expo.

This workshop, introduced in 2018, is focused on how to successfully run a business in the vinyl wrap industry. Each session is led by Justin Pate of The Wrap Institute and John Duever of Vinyl Images and Design.

“Our ‘Business Boot Camp’ made such an amazing impact on the shop owners and employees who took the course in 2018,” said Abby Monnot, Avery Dennison’s senior global segment manager, automotive aftermarket. “There are so many facets of a wrap business that contribute to improved efficiency and increased profits.”

During each session, Pate, Duever, and other industry leaders take turns focusing on important aspects that contribute to long-term success in the vinyl wrap industry. Some of these topics include staffing, equipment, sales, design, production, marketing, and day-to-day record-keeping.

The first session of 2019 will be held February 15-16, 2019 at Car Wrap City in Dallas, Texas. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with the guest speakers and members of the Avery Dennison Graphics team during a reception to be held in the evening on the first day of the class.

The second boot camp will be a day-long event, included as part of the pre-conference at ISA International Sign Expo 2019. This special session will be held Tuesday, April 23 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev., one day before the expo opens.

Additional classes are scheduled for later in 2019.  Full course descriptions and registration information are available at graphics.averydennison.com/bootcamp.
