Wholesale trade printer SinaLite has introduced protective face shields to help print partners in Canada offer these products to their clients to slow the spread of COVID-19 and protect essential workers.
Assembled at the company’s facilities, these face shields, come with a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) visor that meets the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirements under 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 177.1630. The ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) filler complies with FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.1350, paragraphs (a), (c), (d), and (e).
The design includes a soft foam that sits comfortably across the forehead and an elastic that stretches around the user’s head. Each product can be reused up to seven days if properly cleaned and sanitized with an anti-bacterial solution, and then it can be recycled.
These face shields are available in quantities of five to 25. A portion of the proceeds from the sale goes to Markham Stouffville Hospital, Ont.
