Lamar Advertising Company’s digital transit inventory in Vancouver is now available for purchase programmatically by advertisers and agencies.
The company’s full portfolio, including more than 75 digital screens and kiosks, can be accessed via Broadsign, Hivestack, and Vistar trading platforms.
“Programmatic media buying allows brands of any size to more easily buy out-of-home (OOH) and activate highly targeted campaigns that generate real business outcomes,” said the company’s vice-president of digital growth, Ian Dallimore. “We are excited to join with our technology partners to provide advertisers the opportunity to engage target audiences via our robust digital network in Vancouver.”
Lamar operates digital inventory across multiple Vancouver train lines including Canada Line, Skytrain Expo, Skytrain Millennium Line, and West Coast Express. The OOH company’s inventory includes multiple interactive wayfinding kiosks, allowing transit riders to plan trips via touch screens. The screens default to digital ads when dormant.
“Lamar’s premium digital transit inventory enables brands to engage consumers throughout their daily journey across the city,” said Lamar Vancouver’s general manager, Jay Sharpe. “Through our technology partnerships, brands can leverage the power of our network more easily than ever before.”
