Elaine Lindsay and Julie Chan have joined the Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau (COMB) as directors. They are now part of a board with 15 members representing out-of-home (OOH) media companies, advertising agencies and marketers.

Lindsay (pictured left) is vice-president (VP) and group director for M2 Universal, a division of MacLaren McCann Canada, a Toronto-based integrated ad agency. Chan (pictured right) is media manager for Mondelez Canada, part of an international confectionery, food and beverage conglomerate, known for such brands as Cadbury, Kraft, Tang, Nabisco and Trident.

COMB measures OOH ‘audiences’ across Canada, publishing circulation and market data for nearly 80,000 billboards and other OOH sign faces in more than 280 markets.
