Out-of-home (OOH) media company VENDO Media has partnered with umbrella-sharing network UmbraCity to offer advertisers access to digital assets through private marketplace (PMP) deals on all Canadian programmatic platforms.

Through its umbrella share kiosks, UmbraCity delivers an indoor digital network throughout Vancouver. The digital screens are positioned by the main entrances of residential, office, campus, mall, and commercial properties. This amenity offers convenience and sustainability to the community, as tenants have free daily access to umbrellas.

“Two things got us really excited about UmbraCity,” says Sylvio Deluca, chief operating officer of VENDO Media. “First, they offer digital screens at every entrance. In today’s world of getting attention, that is critical. Secondly, UmbraCity’s Greater Vancouver coverage, across various networks, provides advertisers with much-needed digital formats in this market.

“We believe UmbraCity’s assets are an excellent complement to our existing indoor networks and allow us to provide advertisers a more fulsome Vancouver OOH digital solution.”
