The Sign Association of Canada’s (SAC’s) Young Professionals Network (YPN) will host its Leadership Conference in Niagara Falls, Ont., from October 1-3, 2025, alongside Sign Experience Canada 2025. ND Graphics will sponsor the event, focusing on supporting and developing emerging leaders within the Canadian sign industry, specifically for individuals aged 35 and under.

The conference will provide young professionals with opportunities to learn, grow, and connect with peers. It will also allow company leaders to invest in developing their teams.

The conference will feature an opening reception with a networking social and a guided tour of the Niagara Falls Sign District. Participants will attend a leadership development session led by a consultant, focusing on building confidence and self-awareness. Peer exchange workshops will tackle industry-specific challenges, and a sign shop tour will give attendees a behind-the-scenes look at a local, award-winning business. A fireside chat will feature discussions with leaders from the Canadian sign industry. The conference will offer access to the Best of Canada’s Sign Industry (BOCSI) awards gala and Sign Experience Canada show floor. Here, attendees can explore innovations in the industry.

Registrations will open in May 2025 and will be available exclusively to member companies. For more information, visit Sign Experience Canada YPN Leadership Conference.
