Creative Visual Solutions (CVS) in Oakville, Ont., installed a new Agfa Graphics Anapurna Mw hybrid ultraviolet-curing (UV-curing) printer, with a white ink option, to increase its range of products and services.

CVS has served the Oakville area since 1990, specializing in wide-format printed applications for show planners and managers, exhibitors and agencies. The company designs, produces, rents out, handles, installs and dismantles custom exhibits, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, office décor and graphics for product launches, media events and trade shows.

The Mw’s direct-to-substrate printing capabilities—using rigid or roll-to-roll media up to 45 mm (1.8 in.) thick—are enabling CVS to combine graphics with other processes, such that special effects are easier to produce.
