Arlon Graphics, which manufactures flexible substrates for signage, vehicle graphics and screenprinting, has promoted Lisandra Torres to logistics co-ordinator, with responsibility for managing product delivery, freight vendors and outside warehouses.
Prior to this position, Torres was an Arlon customer service representative focusing on Asia and Australia.
“Lisandra brings strong logistics and service experience to this role,” says Ivonne Uruena, the company’s customer service manager. “She has achieved high-quality customer service and always anticipates and exceeds our customers’ needs. Operationally, she has contributed greatly to Arlon’s ‘lean’ journey and has led service improvements for customers in Asia.”
Arlon is headquartered in Santa Ana, Calif., but has also set up distribution centres in Australia, India, Europe and Latin America.
