Montreal-based out-of-home (OOH) advertising firm Zoom Media has partnered with the Vancouver Canadians, a minor-league baseball team, to promote upcoming games across their home city.

The OOH ad deal is using Zoom’s existing poster and digital sign placements throughout Vancouver to potentially reach thousands of fans before the next baseball season begins in June. In return, Zoom receives indoor ad space at Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium, where the Canadians play their home games. The team reportedly draws more than 150,000 fans each year.

The Canadians are also beginning to establish a higher profile as the Single-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. The teams’ new four-year partnership is designed to provide brand exposure across the country.
