  • Palram Americas, which manufactures polycarbonate and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets for the sign industry, recently broke ground for a 7,432-m2 (80,000-sf) logistics centre next to its existing headquarters (HQ) in Kutztown, Pa. It is expected to be fully operational by July 2014.   • Digital signage and audiovisual (AV) system integrator Advanced, based in Mississauga, Ont., has opened a new office in Montreal to support customers in the educational sector.
  • Inx International announced plans to build a new 5,760-m2 (62,000-sf) facility in Lebanon, Ohio. Besides manufacturing, the building will include a full-service colour management and development laboratory. A groundbreaking ceremony took place in early December and the facility is scheduled for completion by the end of 2014.
