Inca Digital, which manufactures ultraviolet-curing (UV-curing) flatbed inkjet printers, has welcomed several new apprentices who will receive structured work experience in many areas, including operations, customer support and research and development (R&D).
Tom Brooks (pictured, left), David Saville (centre) and Sam Maskell (right) are following in the footsteps of Zack Taylor (second from left) and Russell Davis (second from right) as they start the four-year program.
“The apprentice scheme is well-organized and provides great opportunities for anyone willing to put in the work to progress in this industry,” says Davis, who joined Inca in 2008, completed the program in 2012 and now serves as a print commissioner.
“I really enjoyed spending time in different areas of the company and learning about all of the products,” says Taylor, who recently completed his apprenticeship and is now working in the production department.
