• At Signworld’s 2012 expo, representing more than 250 independently owned sign shops, monument sign wholesaler Peachtree City Foamcraft was recognized as Vendor of the Year. Owner Ken Reynolds (pictured, left) and national sales manager (right) accepted the award for the second consecutive year. Meanwhile, dimensional letter manufacturer Gemini was named Supplier of the Year.
• The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has recognized Agfa Graphics’ digital printer manufacturing facility in Branchburg, N.J., for its commitment to environmental stewardship, including material conservation and reduction of hazardous materials.
• Roland DGA’s VersaUV light-emitting capacitor (LEC) printer/cutter line won silver in the special ultraviolet (UV) coatings category of the Foil & Specialty Effects Association’s (FSEA’s) 2012 Golden Leaf Awards competition.
