• Agfa Graphics announced the winners of its 2013 Sustainability Awards (pictured), including Cascades, which manufactures papers and boards in Canada for the sign industry.
• Montreal-based Haivision, which provides digital signage content distribution hardware, was named one of North America’s fastest-growing companies, earning a place on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 and Fast 50 lists.
• The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) announced its LinkedIn group had reached 10,000 participants, demonstrating its expanded presence in social networking.
• Buyers Laboratory has honoured Canon’s ImagePrograf printers with the ‘wide-format graphic arts printer line of the year’ award for 2014.
