Pattison Outdoor Advertising has unveiled a new mixed-format out-of-home (OOH) mural, which combines a wall graphic with a traditional static billboard, near the Montreal intersection of De la Montagne Street and De Maisonneuve Boulevard.

The sign overlooks a parking lot in the centre of the city’s business district, near a busy mix of hotels, department stores, restaurants and bars. The 18.3 x 12.2-m (60 x 40-ft) wall mural appears directly above a 3 x 12.2-m (10 x 40-ft) billboard, allowing a single advertiser to use both spaces.

“This area is a real hot spot, with thousands of people circulating daily for work or entertainment,” says Dominic Loporcaro, Pattison’s eastern region vice-president (VP) and general manager. “Our new mural is a significant asset for our advertisers.”

The same site also accommodates a second billboard and two 3 x 6-m (10 x 20-ft) horizontal posters.
