Montreal-based Newad, which manages static and digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising posters across the country, has appointed Geneviève Roy business development manager for Eastern Canada.

The announcement represents a return to the firm, as Roy started her career working on Newad’s indoor advertising network and in the sales department for Nightlife.ca[2], one of the company’s web-based properties. She has also worked for Rogers Communications and TC Media.

In her new role, Roy is tasked with promoting multi-platform advertising targeting young and affluent consumers. Based in Montreal, she will also make frequent trips to Newad’s Toronto offices.
