[1]The Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada (OMAC) and BrandSpark International have announced the inaugural winners in an awards program designed to celebrate the best out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns for packaged consumer goods.
The program included four categories. DentsuBos won in the food category with its Iögo product launch campaign for Altima Foods (pictured). BBDO Toronto won in the beverage category with a campaign for Molson Coors’ Newcastle Ale. Ogilvy & Mather Toronto won in the health and personal care category with ads for Unilever’s Dove brand. And finally, Leo Burnett Toronto won in the household products category with a Mr. Clean campaign for Procter & Gamble (P&G).
“The winning campaigns had to pass the standards of an industry jury and achieve performance metrics tested with a consumer panel,” explains Rosanne Caron, president of OMAC and a member of Sign Media Canada’s editorial advisory board (EAB).
The new awards were handed out on May 22 as part of the 11th annual Best New Products Awards (BNPA).
