COMB appoints research director

Adrian MakuratThe Canadian Out-of-Home Measurement Bureau (COMB), which tracks and publishes audience circulation data for the out-of-home (OOH) advertising industry, has promoted Adrian Makurat to research director.

Makurat joined COMB in 2006 as a circulation database analyst. Since then, he has risen through a variety of roles, including senior circulation manager and director of research operations. In his new position, he will lead the development of new measurement methodologies and standards to meet the evolving needs of the OOH industry.

“We launched several initiatives in 2015,” says Rosanne Caron, president of COMB and member of Sign Media Canada’s editorial advisory board (EAB). “Adrian will continue to build on these initiatives in 2016, with a focus on enhancing the value of our audience data.”
