CX director to expand digital signage management platform

[1]Light-emitting diode (LED) digital screen manufacturer NanoLumens has promoted Brice McPheeters to director of customer experience (CX), with responsibility for driving the global deployment of Aware, its content and display management platform.

McPheeters joined NanoLumens in 2016 as director of business development. That same year, he played a major role in the launch of Aware.

“His promotion is a testament to his ability to always think in terms of the customer’s journey and his track record of strategic relationships with third-party developers,” says Karen Robinson, NanoLumens’ senior vice-president (SVP) of sales and marketing, to whom McPheeters reports. “In his new position, he will continue to build Aware into a successful and profitable business unit within the company.”
