[2]For the second consecutive year, Montreal-based out-of-home (OOH) advertising firm Zoom Media Canada has created a new campaign for National Denim Day, which raises funds for breast cancer research.
The campaign began on March 30 in fitness clubs and business facilities in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. Through wide-format elevator decals (example pictured above) and by placing real denim shirts with the Cure Foundation’s pink flower ribbon pin in Zoom’s ‘classic’ poster boards (example pictured below), Zoom Media has encouraged Canadians to wear denim on May 12 and donate $5 to the foundation via text message.
“We are very proud of Zoom Media’s concept for this year’s fundraiser,” says JoAnne LaPointe Braun, the foundation’s director. “The classic boards will create huge visibility, due to their creative approach.”
