BurrSmith[1]BrianDusho[2]Montreal-based digital signage software developer BroadSign International’s board of managers has appointed Burr Smith (left) as chair and CEO, with former CEO Brian Dusho (right) assuming the position of vice-chair.

Smith is president of BroadSign’s main shareholder, Jedfam. The executive transition aligns with the company securing a line of credit from Silicon Valley Bank.

“As BroadSign plans new initiatives in a period of unprecedented growth, it is time to fully invest my attention to the company,” says Smith. “The business is debt-free, profitable and well-financed for the future.”

“I am excited about this momentous deal and look forward to further driving the value and market share of BroadSign,” says Dusho.
