Montreal-based Zoom Media has entered a partnership with Toronto-based MedTV Network, expanding its digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising network into waiting rooms at medical clinics and family practices.
Launched earlier this year, MedTV has already established a digital signage presence in more than 100 locations across the country. Patients waiting an average of 40 minutes to see a medical professional are targeted with a mix of health and wellness content, including entertainment, information and relevant advertising.
MedTV screens are also installed in the pharmacy zones of Loblaws grocery stores and Real Canadian Superstores, offering advertisers to reach customers at the point-of-purchase (POP).
Zoom now manages approximately 80,000 signs across North America and Europe, more than 26,000 of which are digital.
