The second Diablo’s Cantina restaurant has recently opened, and it features dramatic wall murals printed on Drytac ReTac Textures.
The eatery—located in The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas—features Mexican-inspired fiery skeleton designs. Las Vegas-based grand-format print and installation company, Screaming Images provided and fitted the murals.
To achieve the depth and visual appeal required for the wallcoverings, the company chose Drytac ReTac Textures in Canvas, a matte white phthalate-free polymeric polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film with an embossed textured finish. The self-adhesive vinyl features removable backing that can be easily and repeatedly removed and repositioned with no damage to the surface underneath.
“We chose ReTac Textures because of its compatibility with a long-term display in a high-end restaurant,” said Screaming Images’ principal and owner, James Swanson.
