EcoCab adds wrapped electric rides

[1]Go Mobile Media, which has operated graphic-wrapped EcoCab pedicabs and shopping mall shuttles in the past, is adding a free electric ride-sharing service this spring in downtown Toronto, with costs covered by corporate sponsors.

The service will offer free trips for commuters and event attendees in low-speed electric vehicles, as permitted under a new Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) program. Participating sponsors can display key messaging on the vehicles with wrap graphics, as well as interact with passengers with product sampling en route.

Go Mobile plans to expand the ride-sharing service beyond the downtown core to other parts of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in the future.
