Signarama’s Edmonton franchise is now running its fifth annual Signs of Support grant program, which will provide up to $10,000 worth of free and discounted signage to local non-profit and charitable organizations.

“When we opened in 2005, it was part of our vision to give back to our community in a variety of ways,” says franchisee Colin Reid. “Signs of Support is part of that vision. It is exciting to see many worth organizations in Edmonton come forward.”

This year’s grant applications are due by March 31. Local groups may request indoor or outdoor signs for one-time, short-term or permanent use. Eligible organizations include Edmonton public schools, local non-government civic organizations local affiliates of registered charities and local non-profit groups.

Last year’s recipients included a thrift shop, a seniors activity centre and an animal rescue society, among other groups.
