Sign companies are being invited to register for the Sign MFG Day which will be held on October 1, 2021.
Organized by International Sign Association, the event is aimed at rallying future workers by introducing them to the industry.
Finding qualified workers is one of the biggest challenges facing the sign, graphics and visual communications industry, said the ISA.
On Sign MFG Day, companies in the sign, graphics and visual communications industry host facility tours to encourage students to explore exciting and diverse career opportunities within the industry.
In an advisory to members, ISA said community members may join the tours to see the value of manufacturing to the economy and to get a first-hand look at the various processes involved with sign manufacturing.
