Film supplier promotes three execs

Flexcon, which coats and laminates films and adhesives for wide-format graphic applications, has expanded its executive leadership team by appointing two new vice-presidents (VPs) and one new director.

Tom Kubacki has been promoted from director of coating technology and production control to VP of manufacturing. He has been with Flexcon for 28 years and will now focus on optimizing efficiency across the company’s North American facilities.

Nathan Bailey has been promoted from chief of legal counsel to corporate secretary and VP of general counsel. His responsibilities include ensuring Flexcon conducts business in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Finally, Howard Letendre’s role has been expanded from director of finishing technology to director of manufacturing with responsibility for planning and directing all coating functions at Flexcon’s facilities in Spencer, Mass.
