Gemini’s new Perfect Pattern is computer-generated and calibrated to the company’s production equipment.
Dimensional letter, logo, and plaque manufacturer Gemini Inc., has released new mounting patterns for use in flat-cut metal signage.
Perfect Pattern is computer-generated and calibrated to the company’s production equipment, ensuring improved overall accuracy and interchangeability. Further, users are able to pre-order patterns to better streamline operations.
Additional features include:
- centre line alignment (i.e. patterns are aligned with horizontal/vertical lines from the centre for more reliable installation);
- stud-sizing guide (i.e. recommendations for proper drill bits depending on determined stud size);
- dimple indicators, which allow for top/bottom orientation and aide in placement/sizing; and
- interchangeable identical letters.
“We wanted to create a hassle-free experience that results in a great-looking sign,” said Wayne Meyer, product manager at Gemini. “This new digital technology addresses concerns we heard from customers. We have started with flat-cut metal letters and logos and will be expanding into other products in the future.”
