Semper International, a skilled-employee placement firm for printing, graphic design and marketing companies, has appointed Rick Littrell vice-president (VP) of direct hires and technical creative talent.
Littrell is well-acquainted with the graphic arts community, having begun his career in applications engineering and product management roles for vendors like Agfa and Scitex (now part of HP). He has more than 30 years’ experience working with business development opportunities, startup organizations and emerging technologies.
