ICX Association now accepting nominations for Elevate Awards

The Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association is now accepting nominations for its annual Elevate Awards.

The awards honor the individuals and organizations are pacesetters in using technology to elevate the customer experience. Any CX technology project your company worked on which was completed in 2021 is eligible for nomination.

This year, nominations will be accepted in the following categories:

• Best Mobile ICX;
• Best Digital Signage ICX;
• Best Retail ICX;
• Best Restaurant ICX;
• Best Hotel/Hospitality ICX;
• Best Kiosk ICX;
• Best Emerging Technology in ICX;
• Best Omnichannel ICX;
• Best Employee-Facing ICX;
• Lyle Bunn Influencer of the Year Award;

Winners will be recognized at an awards presentation held during our annual ICX Summit.

Any interested company, regardless of ICX Association membership status, is welcome to submit a nomination for an Elevate Award. The cost to enter is $300 per category for members and $400 for non-members. There is no cost to submit nominations for the Lyle Bunn Influencer of the Year Award.

The entry deadline to submit a nomination is March 25, 2022.
