IDEAlliance society inducts sign shop franchisor

FastSigns International president and CEO Catherine Monson will be inducted into the International Digital Enterprise Alliance’s (IDEAlliance’s) Soderstrom Society on September 24, on the eve of Graph Expo in Orlando, Fla.

The society—named for Walter E. Soderstrom, who helped found the National Association of Printing Leadership (NAPL), a predecessor to IDEAlliance—recognizes professionals whose contributions have advanced the printing and graphic communication industry. Monson is being honoured for FastSigns’ growth since she joined in 2009, including the 2012 launch of a co-brand program that allows independent print shops to add FastSigns’ brand and offerings.

“Membership in the society is a mark of industry service, accomplishment and distinction,” says IDEAlliance president and CEO David J. Steinhardt.
