ISA honoured for sign expo marketing efforts

The International Sign Association (ISA) has been honoured by Trends magazine with a silver commendation for the marketing of its annual International Sign Expo through its exhibitor prospectus.

ISA earned the award in conjunction with CSG Creative, in the magazine’s Association Trends All-Media Contest, an annual competition exclusively for industry associations. It marked the second consecutive year ISA’s exhibitor prospectus has won a Trends award.

“It’s always an honour to be recognized by your peers for the work done on behalf of your members,” says Brandon Hensley, ISA’s vice-president (VP) of trade shows and marketing. “One of the biggest reasons for the success of our exhibitor prospectus is the story we have to tell related to the sign expo. Each year, the event just keeps getting better.”

The 2012 competition included more than 420 entries in 22 categories. ISA and other winners will be honoured on February 15, 2013, at the 34th annual Salute to Foundation Excellence luncheon.
