Liquid crystal display (LCD) vendor NEC Display Solutions debuted its touch-integrated V series with the 1.2-m (46-in.) V462-TM and 1.7-m (65-in.) V651-TM displays for the interactive digital signage market.
The commercial-grade, high-definition (HD) touch screens are designed for extended use in educational, corporate, retail and food-service environments. Within each display’s bezel are four integrated, low-profile cameras that provide sufficient optical imaging to track up to six simultaneous touches.
A double-sided anti-reflection glass coating protects the panel, prevents mirrored imaging and optimizes brightness transmittance.
