[1]Kwik Signs, a commercial sign shop in Port Perry, Ont., has installed an HP Latex 1500 printer to help accelerate its output, increase productivity and keep up with high demand for large-format graphics.
The new printer (pictured with digital print specialist Matthew Mewett, left, and digital print supervisor Arthur Graham, right) introduces dual-roll printing, in-line roll slitting and compatibility with textiles and mesh banners.
“Over the past 34 years, we have built this business on speed and service,” says Doug Blanchard, Kwik Signs’ CEO. “This printer definitely amps up our speed. It will allow us to print large interior and exterior wall graphics in a few minutes, instead of hours.”
