Mactac debuts user-friendly website

Pressure-sensitive adhesive supplier Mactac has launched new a company website, designed to improve user experience.

The new Mactac.com[2], which is accessible via computer, tablet, or mobile phone, features quick access to product, application, and customer account information.

Notable changes include:

• improved search functions that allow users to filter results either by product attributes or application needs;
• the addition of a business services portal, so customers can track shipments, view inventory/pricing, and monitor their invoice history;
• enhanced product resources, allowing users to view product performance guides, technical assistance guides, product videos, product attribute charts, etc.; and
• a dealer locator tool, where users can search for local Mactac distributors and paper merchants.

“The website was designed with our customers in mind: it is easy to navigate, offers access to Mactac 24-7, and quickly delivers the information users most often seek,” said Brittany Eppley, Mactac’s corporate marketing communications manager. “Customers now have a hassle-free way to track shipping, see inventory or pricing, and reference invoices anytime, anywhere.”
