[1]Mattatall Signs, a nearly 40-year-old sign fabrication company in Dartmouth, N.S., has announced a transition in business ownership and management as its founder and current president, Bob Mattatall, moves into semi-retirement.
Mattatall (pictured, left) will become CEO, playing a largely advisory role. He will be succeeded as president by Justin Boudreau (centre), who has been part of the leadership team for eight years, while his son Rob (right) will transition from key account executive to vice-president (VP), overseeing operations.
“I’m very excited to lead our company into the next generation, with a fresh outlook on the sign industry,” says Boudreau, who is also currently president of the Sign Association of Canada (SAC). “Rob and I plan to follow in Bob’s footsteps to grow and remain at the cutting edge of technology.”
