Danny Schneider has been promoted to vice-president (VP) of sales and business development for Vista System International, which manufactures modular curved-frame technology (MCFT) wayfinding signs.
Schneider began his career with Vista in 2005, starting out as assistant to the general manager (GM) and working variously over the years in customer service, operations, business development and project management. He also became active chair of the company’s ‘green’ committee.
Before his current promotion, Schneider served as Vista’s head of business development. In his new role, he is charged with managing the company’s international sales force and overseeing continuous expansion efforts.
Schneider has also been a regular contributor to Sign Media Canada, most recently writing about the role of free-standing signs in wayfinding systems (see Sign Media Canada, February 2011, page 50).
