M&T Printing Group goes wide-format with UV flatbed

M&TArizona[1]M&T Printing Group, headquartered in Kitchener, Ont., has installed an Océ Arizona 460 GT ultraviolet-curing (UV-curing) flatbed printer from Canon Canada at its newly expanded wide-format print centre in nearby Guelph, Ont.

Canon sales representative Eric Wilson (pictured, left) oversaw the installation with M&T’s Guelph branch manager Ryan Solomon (centre) and wide-format production manager Greg Schutt (right). Reportedly capable of printing up to 32.8 m2 (353 sf) per hour, the 460 GT will be used to produce sign and display applications.

M&T has been in the print-on-demand industry for more than 45 years and currently combines offset with digital printing. Among the company’s wide-format offerings are banners, trade show displays, posters, flags and window cling graphics.
