Digital signage software provider YCD Multimedia’s board of directors has promoted Sam Losar from U.S. regional president to CEO. He succeeds co-founder Noam Levavi and is responsible for expanding operations in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
“Sam and I have been working closely for the last few years on building products and a team that can take YCD to its next phase,” says Levavi, who helped start up the company in 1999. “The time is right for me to hand over the reins to Sam, who will continue to plot the growth of our company for the next decade.”
Losar joined YCD in 2011 during its acquisition of C-nario, another digital signage software provider.
“I am thankful for the confidence Noam has shown in allowing me this opportunity,” says Losar. “We are well-positioned to continue to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.”
